U100 Initiativeは、理想的なZEBを達成するために「1㎡あたりの空調最大熱負荷を100W以下に」というコンセプトを掲げ、2050年の環境目標を達成を目指す、建築・不動産業界における企業・個人のイニシアチブです。外皮性能を高め、Under 100W/m2を達成することで、外皮・換気負荷を抑えた理想的なZEBの設計も可能となります。省エネルギー・環境配慮が必須の現代社会の中で、企業経営における最先端の技術浸透、最高水準の技術者育成を図ることにより、業界の発展に寄与することを目的としています。 Based in Japan, the U100 Initiative is an initiative by companies and individuals in the architecture and real estate industry, aiming to achieve the ideal Zero Energy Building (ZEB) by adopting the concept of "Reducing the Air Conditioning (HVAC) Peak Load to Under 100W per sqm," and targeting the accomplishment of environmental goals set for the year 2050. By enhancing the building envelope performance and achieving under 100W/m2, it becomes possible to design an ideal Zero Energy Building. In today's society, where energy conservation and environmental consideration are essential, the U100 Initiative aims to contribute to the industry's development by promoting the penetration of cutting-edge technologies in corporate management and fostering the highest level of technical expertise.
